romantic hideaway. Tucked away and hidden from the sight of the road, away
from the hustle and bustle, your retreat awaits you. Savor the

However, we are still close to all the things people look for.
We are conveniently located just off of I-75 and Hwy 321 which will take you
into the
Great Smoky Mountains
, Townsend, and Gatlinburg, and Knoxville.
The closest Airport is
Knoxville (McGee Tyson) in Maryville - still not
far from Hwy 321

Driving Directions From the East or
North
We are about 20 minutes outside of West Knoxville

I-40 & I-75 Merge through Knoxville then will split
back off. Take I-75 South

We are located at I-75 Exit 81 (Lenoir City) just
below the I-40/I-75 split.

TURN LEFT on Hwy 321

Go 7.5 miles total down Hwy 321
towards Smoky
Mountains/Maryville. You will go across the Fort Loudon Dam.

Turn LEFT onto Antioch Church Rd (Antioch Baptist
Church is on the left by the road as is the fire department).

Go 1.5 miles to the property. There will be a black
cross fence that marks the property. You can not see the house from the
road (we have privacy by a large line of pine trees). Sign for
BERRY SWEET FARMS at the Driveway.

We have a Gravel Driveway that goes up an incline -
go a steady pace (don't floor it)
and you should come up just fine.

You can park at the 1st driveway at the
top and enter the house on the left side (deck side).

Entrance to the B&B is the 2nd door on
the right (glass doors by the sunroom).

We are just over about 30-40 min from the Airport

From the Airport - take Hwy 129 towards Maryville

Go down a couple of miles - at the intersection of
Hwy 129 & 321 - turn RIGHT
on 321 towards Oak Ridge

Go 15-16 miles down Hwy 321
towards Oak Ridge. (this is a 4 lane hwy)

Turn RIGHT onto Antioch Church Rd
(Antioch Baptist Church is on the Right by the road as is the fire department).
